Bethany has been the home of the Bjelke-Petersen family for 105 years in 2018. It’s also one of the most famous farms in Australia.
Every year many people come to visit Bethany to see this famous farm for themselves and enjoy tea and pumpkin scones with the family.
Tours for groups (10 people minimum): If you want to bring a group ( bus groups or in cars) to our property for a tour we can arrange these on any day except Sunday.
The time can be flexible to work in with your itinerary, either morning or afternoons.
Each tour lasts about 90 minutes and covers all parts of the property with a history about the property and also interesting stories of John’s family and their time in politics.
John will be your host on the tour, and it’s followed by morning or afternoon tea and our famous pumpkin scones.
The tours are $15.00 per head and begin from the car park area in front of the main homes. Definite numbers need to be given at least 24 hours prior for group bookings. Please note you will be charged on the number booked not for the number attending. This is to assist with catering.
